Beijing Road is a pedestrian street and one of the best Guangzhou shopping places where stores are generally open from 9:00 to 22:00. 3. Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street
Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street is a vivid display of traditional Cantonese architecture, Lingnan dietary culture, and Lingnan folk customs.
It is especially pretty at night when the lights are on. Prices here are generally not as high as in Beijing Road but be well-prepared to solicit a bargain.
Remember to visit Liwan Plaza located at no. 9th of Dexing Road which is at the east end of the street. You could find a large selection of crystals there.

5. Hualin Jade Market
Hualin Jade Market mainly deals with retail, wholesale of jade, and jewelry processing. It is said that history can be traced back to the early Qing Dynasty. At present, there are hundreds of jade ware stores here.
The market covers a total area of 10,000 square meters and the vast majority of Guangzhou’s jade traders are in this area. With an annual turnover of more than RMB100 million, the market accounts for over 90% of the cities jade sales.
